Are you in a collective based in or around the Netherlands? We would love to host you for a learning session around 'How to Organise?'. The gathering is for collectives and other small cultural organisations in and around the Netherlands, to share and discuss strategies to become more self-sustainable within the cultural sector and economic climate. By coming together we want to tend to our network of mutual support.

We mean self-sustaining in terms of, not only financial needs, but also in response to the political climate, personal situations and fluctuating commitments people have while being in a collective setting.

During the gathering participants will share their good practices; tools and strategies that they use within their own group, organisation or local network, that they feel work well. Each collective will also bring a question they want to discuss, about how to work differently. We will spend time learning about the inner workings of our collectives and our labours that are so often behind the scenes.

After our worksession there will be a break with food and drinks, before the public event ‘Money Talks’.

To join 'How to Organise?' please send a message with the following info; some info on your collective, a tool / strategy you want to share (that works well) a question you have for how to work differently, and a rough estimate of the number of people from your group who may like to attend.
